Abstract

The rapid development of aerospace weapons and equipments, wireless base stations and 5G communication technologies has put forward newer and higher requirements for the comprehensive performances of polymer-based electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding composites. However, most of currently prepared polymer-based EMI shielding composites are still difficult to combine high performance and multi-functionality. In response to this, based on the research works of relevant researchers as well as our research group, three possible directions to break through the above bottlenecks are proposed, including construction of efficient conductive networks, optimization of multi-interfaces for lightweight, and multifunction compatibility design. The future development trends in three directions are prospected, and it is hoped to provide certain theoretical basis and technical guidance for the preparation, research and development of polymer-based EMI shielding composites.

航空航天武器裝備、無線基站和5G通訊技術的飛速發(fā)展對電磁干擾(EMI)屏蔽高分子復合材料的綜合性能提出了更新、更高的要求。然而,目前制備的EMI屏蔽高分子復合材料大多仍然難以兼具其高性能和多功能化。針對此,本文基于相關研究者與本課題組前期研究工作的積累,提出了突破上述瓶頸的三個可能方向--構筑高效導電網(wǎng)絡、多界面優(yōu)化調控實現(xiàn)輕量化以及多功能兼容性設計,并展望了三個方向未來的發(fā)展趨勢,希冀為EMI屏蔽高分子復合材料的制備、研究與發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據(jù)與技術指導。
