Team introduction 學術團隊簡介

  The Tan group pursues polymer composite film processing, ALD coating, dielectric composite and electrochemical supercapacitor researches. As a team of international scientists, we practice the multi-disciplinary collaboration investigating the relationship between process, structure and properties of nanocomposites, as well as electrodes and energy storage. The candidates educated in organic or inorganic dielectric materials and electrical engineering are preferred. 

Postdoctoral Fellow Position in Dielectric Materials

二、Requirements 應聘條件

1. 博士符合廣以理工招收的條件，經過導師面試和招收委員會評估錄用；PhD interviewed

2. 在國際重要刊物上發表過學術論文 2 篇以上，有相關研究經驗者優先考慮；2 papers

3. 有較強的材料理論基礎、樣品制備能力、獨立的科研能力，英文理解與表達能力。Expertise & English

三、Financial compensation 崗位待遇

1. 年薪為 20-30 萬，具體視資歷而定，課題組根據實際表現額外給予獎勵；200-300k RMB

2. 聘期內參照學校正式職工享受相關福利（醫療保險、住房補貼以及其他社會保險等福

利），可按規定申請學校公寓（二室一廳住房）；Provide housing subsidy and insurance

3. 聘期 2-3 年，表現優秀者可推薦申請校內研究員崗位；applicable to researcher position

1. 申請人有理工科碩士相關方向背景，經過導師面試，推薦錄用；MSc interviewed

2. 在國際重要刊物上發表過學術論文 1 篇以上，有相關研究經驗者優先考慮；1 paper

3. 有較強的材料或電子理論基礎、樣品制備能力、獨立的科研能力，英文理解與表達能力。Expertise & English

三、Financial compensation 崗位待遇

1． 年薪約為 8-12 萬，具體視資歷而定，課題組根據實際表現額外給予獎勵；80-120k RMB
