東華大學(xué)纖維材料改性國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室自1992年建立以來(lái)，在歷任實(shí)驗(yàn)室班子的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，堅(jiān)持“開(kāi)放、流動(dòng)、聯(lián)合、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”八字方針，在凝聚學(xué)科人才、促進(jìn)科研發(fā)展、構(gòu)筑研究平臺(tái)、擴(kuò)大學(xué)術(shù)交流等方面取得了顯著成績(jī)，2003、2008、2013年三次通過(guò)國(guó)家評(píng)估，2018年在第四次國(guó)家評(píng)估中獲評(píng)“優(yōu)秀類國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室”。

為促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)交流，以多種形式引進(jìn)高層次人才，提高重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的學(xué)術(shù)研究水平和教學(xué)水平，推動(dòng)高水平學(xué)科建設(shè)和高層次創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的作用，根據(jù)教育部《關(guān)于在高等學(xué)校國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室實(shí)行訪問(wèn)學(xué)者制度的意見(jiàn)》、《關(guān)于在高等學(xué)校國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室和教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室訪問(wèn)學(xué)者專項(xiàng)基金管理辦法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定和《國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)管理辦法》、國(guó)家教委《高等學(xué)校開(kāi)放實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理辦法》，纖維材料改性國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)立訪問(wèn)學(xué)者基金，誠(chéng)摯邀請(qǐng)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究人員進(jìn)行申請(qǐng)，鼓勵(lì)與本室固定人員聯(lián)合申報(bào)。實(shí)驗(yàn)室將本著“公平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、科學(xué)評(píng)審、擇優(yōu)支持”的原則，經(jīng)專家組初審，主任辦公會(huì)審議，由實(shí)驗(yàn)室學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)審定。

現(xiàn)將2021年訪問(wèn)學(xué)者基金課題指南公布如下：

一、資助研究方向

1、高性能纖維與復(fù)合材料；

2、功能纖維與低維材料；

3、環(huán)境友好與生物纖維材料；

4、其他有助于提升實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究水平的基礎(chǔ)及應(yīng)用研究。

二、資助對(duì)象及原則：

重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室訪問(wèn)學(xué)者分為兩種類型：來(lái)自境外的學(xué)者；境內(nèi)而非本校的學(xué)者。境外訪問(wèn)學(xué)者在重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的工作時(shí)間原則上不得低于2個(gè)月，境內(nèi)而非本校訪問(wèn)學(xué)者在重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的工作時(shí)間原則上不得低于4個(gè)月。

資助原則：

1、每項(xiàng)基金課題資助經(jīng)費(fèi)為5-15萬(wàn)元，研究期限為兩年。

2、研究課題需與本實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究方向相關(guān)，鼓勵(lì)和本實(shí)驗(yàn)室的相關(guān)研究組結(jié)合。

3、鼓勵(lì)學(xué)科交叉以及與本實(shí)驗(yàn)室優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)的研究課題。

三、申請(qǐng)辦法：

1、申請(qǐng)人須認(rèn)真填寫(xiě)《纖維材料改性國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室訪問(wèn)學(xué)者課題申請(qǐng)書(shū)》紙質(zhì)版申請(qǐng)書(shū)一式兩份，須由申請(qǐng)人和單位負(fù)責(zé)人簽字，并加蓋公章。電子版申請(qǐng)書(shū)通過(guò)電子郵件發(fā)送（蓋章頁(yè)請(qǐng)掃描后附上）。

2、實(shí)驗(yàn)室常年接收開(kāi)放課題申報(bào)材料，2021年度訪問(wèn)學(xué)者基金申請(qǐng)截止日期：2020年6月30日。

Visiting Scholar Fund

Since it was founded in 1992, SKLFPM has successfully passed national assessments in 2003, 2008 and 2013, and awarded the “Excellent National Key Laboratory” in the fourth national assessment in 2018. During these years, it has made significant achievements in many fields such as attracting disciplinary talents, promoting the development of scientific research, constructing the research platform, expanding the academic communication under the guidance the policy of SKLFPM, "Openness, Mobility, Cooperation, Competition".

In order to promote domestic and international academic communication and cooperation, introduce high-level talents in various forms, improve the academic research level and teaching level of SKLFPM, and strengthen the role of high-level discipline construction and high-level innovative talent cultivation, the open project fund is set according to the pertinent regulations of Ministry of Education “Opinions on the implementation of the visiting scholar system in the State Key Laboratory of Higher Education and the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education”, “The Administrative Regulations for Special Funds for Visiting Scholars in the State Key Laboratory of Colleges and the Key Laboratory of Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education” and “The Administrative Regulations for the Construction of State Key Laboratories”, State Education Commission “The Administrative Regulations for Open Labs in Colleges and Universities”, We sincerely invite domestic and foreign researchers in related fields to apply the open research project and encourage joint application with our laboratory’s researchers. The laboratory academic committee will determine the open project on the principle of "fair competition, scientific review, support for the best”.

The guidelines for 2021 annual open project are released as follows:

I. Main research fields of the visiting scholar supported by SKLFPM:

High performance fibers and composite materials;

Functional fibers and low-dimensional materials;

Environmentally friendly and bio-based fiber materials;

Other basic researches related to fiber materials.

II. Funding objects and principles:

There are two types of visiting scholars in SKLFPM: scholars from abroad; scholars within the domestic rather than the school. The working hours of overseas visiting scholars in SKLFPM shall not be less than 2 months in principle, and the working hours of domestic and non-local visiting scholars in SKLFPM shall not be less than 4 months in principle.

Funding principles:

1.Each project can be supported 50,000 to 150,000 RMB and usually lasts two years.

2. The research topic needs to be related to the research direction of the laboratory, and it is encouraged to combine with the relevant research groups of the laboratory.

3.Encourage interdisciplinary and complementary research with our laboratory.

III. Application

1.The applicant shall fill in the application form “The Open Project Application Form of State Key Laboratory for Modification of Chemical Fibers and Polymer Materials” and submit duplicate hardcopies and electronic edition. on in charge of the institute, and sealed by the applicant’s institute before submitting the proposal to SKLFPM. The electronic application form should be sealed, scanned and sent to sklfpm@dhu.edu.cn by e-mail.
